"Not Many Vegan Options"
I was hoping there’d be a few decent vegan choices, but there really wasn’t much to pick from. Ended up leaving still hungry, which was disappointing... I probably wouldn’t go back unless the menu changes

"Online ordering was sorta frustrating"
I tried ordering dinner through the site, and it was sorta more annoying than it needed to be. I had a hard time finding the basket, changing the pickup time felt a bit clunky, and I ended up having to re-enter my info more than once. The food itself is good, but the online ordering process could definitely use some work. I was close to just giving up and calling instead.
"Be careful, it’s really hit or miss"
I’ve been to Sticks’n’Sushi a few times now, i’d say proceed with caution. When it’s good, the food can be really nice, but it’s just not consistent. One time everything tastes fresh and the service is fine, then the next visit the rice is dry or you’re waiting ages to be served. For the prices they charge, I’d expect a much more reliable experience. It’s not terrible, but I wouldn’t book it expecting a guaranteed great meal.

"I ordered delivery and it showed up…"
I ordered delivery and it showed up almost an hour late, so of course the food was cold by the time I got it. One item was missing too, and the driver just left the order outside without really saying anything. For what it cost, I expected way better. delivery is always such a gamble, and this was enough to make me not want to order it again

"Good food, but the order was off"
The food tasted good, but my order wasn’t completely right. One roll was missing and they gave me the wrong sauce, which was annoying because I didn’t notice until I got home. It’s not the biggest deal, but after paying, it definitely makes me a little less trusting that everything will be checked properly. I’d maybe order again, but I’d probably double-check the bag before leaving next time.

"Still Annoyed About It"
They got back to me once, and then after that... nothing. I’m still annoyed because it just kind of got left hanging, and I don’t even know what happened with that.

"Just as easy to reach as I hoped"
I was expecting it to be straightforward to get there, and it actually was. The directions were easy to follow, and I didn’t have any trouble finding the place, which made the whole experience feel stress-free from the start

"I was disappointed with the takeaway…"
I was disappointed with the takeaway packaging... the bags felt really flimsy, and one of the sauce pots had leaked everywhere before I even got home. The sushi trays were sliding around too, so by the time I opened it all up, everything looked a bit squashed and messy. For the price, I expected it to be packed much better. The food might’ve been okay, but opening a sticky mess kind of ruined the whole thing... I don’t think I’d order takeaway from here again

"I enjoyed the food, so no..."
I enjoyed the food, so no complaints there, but the sustainability side didn’t really add up for me. There was more packaging than I expected, and I couldn’t easily find clear details about where the fish came from or what they’re actually doing to make better choices.
Maybe they do have proper policies somewhere, but as a regular customer, I shouldn’t have to dig around for them. If you’re charging premium prices and talking about sustainability, it just makes sense to be upfront and make that information easy to see.

"Service Really Let the Meal Down"
We waited way too long just to be seated, and it felt like the staff kind of forgot about us after that. Our server barely checked in, so even though the food was fine, the whole experience ended up being frustrating. I’m blaming the service on this one because the meal itself wasn’t the problem.

"Wish There Had Been More Options"
The menu had a decent mix of sushi and sticks, so it’s a good spot if you’re in the mood for both. I kind of regret not checking the menu more closely beforehand though, because it felt a little limited for me, especially since I don’t really eat fish. It wasn’t bad at all, I just wish there had been a few more choices

"Sushi didn’t seem very fresh"
I ordered sushi and... it just didn’t taste fresh to me. The rice was kind of hard, and the fish felt a little off, like it had been sitting out for a while. For the price, I was expecting a lot better. I don’t think I’d order from here again.
"No Confirmation After Booking"
I booked a table and never got any confirmation at all. that’s on them, if they’re taking reservations, they should at least let people know whether it actually went through. Frustrating when you’re left guessing

"Nice looking cocktails, but a bit disappointing"
I went here for drinks and cocktails, and I wasn’t that impressed. The cocktails looked really nice, but they tasted weak and a bit flat, especially for the price. I was also expecting clearer instructions or descriptions on the menu about what to order or what the drinks were like, because it was a little hard to know what to go for. Service was fine, no one was rude, but it was slow when we wanted another round. The food might be better, but just for cocktails, I don’t think I’d rush back.

"Not as kid-friendly as they claimed"
The food was okay, but bringing the kids here was way more stressful than I expected. We were told it was family-friendly, but it really didn’t feel that way at all. The staff seemed annoyed when my youngest got restless, and then we waited forever for basic food. It felt like one of those places that promises they’re good for families but doesn’t actually follow through. Probably fine for adults, but I wouldn’t come back for a family dinner.

"Fresh Looking Sushi, But Flavor Didn’t Quite Match the Price"
To be fair, the sushi did look fresh and the presentation was nice, so I don’t want to make it sound like it was a bad meal. But for me, the flavor was flat overall. The rice was a little too sticky, and a few of the rolls kind of blended together and tasted the same. The sticks were a bit better, but still not anything that really stood out. For the price, I expected more flavor and a more memorable experience.

The restaurant looked really nice and had a cozy feel to it, which I liked. But it got loud and busy fast, and I don’t have a lot of patience for places where I can barely relax or hear myself think. The atmosphere was still decent overall, just not as chill as I was hoping.

"Sushi looked messy"
I’m not sure if it was just a busy night or what, but the sushi I got looked really thrown together. There was sauce all over the place and the pieces were uneven, so it didn’t feel great for the price. It might’ve tasted fine, but the presentation was disappointing.
